They want to make entrepreneurs!

But how you make an entrepreneur? That was the first question popped in my mind once I realized the title.

I actually think that most entrepreneurs were born that way! , it's the way they think , the things they realize ,the instincts they've got , so the real question is "How to discover an entrepreneur?"


Because once you do all you have to do is to make them realize it and then give them the push and the supports they need.

And then you're going to see for yourself the amazing discovery you found but before that you never know for sure who were born that way!

There is a few important things that helps making and discovering a great entrepreneur in my opinion and there might be more.

- Environment:

once you know the character of great entrepreneurs you going to imagine the environment they were raised in or in few cases environment that pushed them to be like this so, an environment that encourage knowledge and reading and learning not only from school and for school but for themselves and an environment that teaches independence and the aspect of adventure and taking risks and  push them to try and learn from their mistakes and be always confident of themselves,and most of all creativity! things like this is what going to (build) them.

- Media:

Everything around us we could use to approach our idea and especially these days people are getting more and more creative in using media because they KNOW it's the new thing that makes people and by that I mean control the way they thinks of course with the right way! So why not marketing for the idea of entrepreneurship? Why not make movies about it? Say stories? Make campaigns about it, show the people there are other options instead of looking for a job! Associate it with freedom, creativity, and greatness! and any other way or a view anything speaks to them is what's going to (motivate) them.

- Education/Training:

we used that in making employees but we also got to use this to make entrepreneurs it's more than just about knowledge it's about confident cause if you want to start a business in something you must know everything you could about it not only basics but also what going to make you ahead in your game!

I'm not talking only about school and colleges am saying there should be more facilities that teaches different things in fewer time and less money, especially online where most entrepreneurs starts! that's why we should organize these contents for them and makes it easy to be found.

also workshops and such things that's what's going to give them the knowledge and skills.

- experiences:

What's knowledge without experiences? We must find new things to make the young entrepreneurs practice and see themselves in actions!

something more serious than training but less serious than starting a business by giving them things to volunteer for trainings jobs make them assist other and more experienced entrepreneurs, make them give speeches on a big crowd or represent something, make them threw some events make them deal more with people give them some challenges to make them explore their hidden potential and that's what's going to (improve) them.

- organizations assistance:

I could proudly say that we (in Saudi) do have many organizations that started to realize the importance of helping out entrepreneurs and what really helps them to find them is the fact that they came and were confident enough to apply their projects that's a sign for an entrepreneur! So if they satisfied the conditions they made their shot to the business world! And that's great that's why let's move on to the ones who hadn't applied the greatest idea? they still have a sign for entrepreneurship so why not tell them: okay you're idea isn't exactly creative but we can help you make it special or we can make you help a person we accepted and you might get new ideas that we can actually work with! and also what about the entrepreneur who don't have enough skills or knowledge but has some great ideas yet they don't know how to make them real that's why we need less serious organization to work with this kind of young entrepreneurs who just need to catch the right road and that's what going to (help) them.

Finally, to any young entrepreneur who read this, even if you didn't had everything up there and you're road was a little bit harder than this, well as I said a real entrepreneur is the one who build themselves , make their chances and look for it and never take hardships as an excuse! Cause "you can't take things in your life as an excuse while there are some people who faced worse conditions yet made some great things!"
