Criticize with love

We all know how criticism is very important to improve our skills or more, but sometimes it get very hurtful especially if we worked really hard on that thing, so if we get hurt buy it so does other people, that's why we need to learn how to criticize in a smart, loving way cause you don't want to be the reason of killing that ray of creativity in people do you?

They want to make entrepreneurs!

But how you make an entrepreneur? That was the first question popped in my mind once I realized the title.

I actually think that most entrepreneurs were born that way! , it's the way they think , the things they realize ,the instincts they've got , so the real question is "How to discover an entrepreneur?"

Why don't we like changes?

I've always looked at "changes" as in "unknown future" so it could be good but mostly bad cause I didn't know what was it and that made me worry until I got my wish and my life was so the same! I got into this black boring loop where everything is the same and that's when I saw the value of these changes but also every now and then I feel a little bit worried from them, So in order to make myself understand and keep the lesson I learned, I had to change and reassure some thoughts I had, there is some of them:
